Pre-installed four heavy duty 5" casters, with brakes in the front two casters for easy maneuverability and stability.
Fits 36 Full Size Sheet Pan
This Prepline heater proofer can fits up to 36 full size sheet pans, it can also holds 2 x half size sheet pans.
