Stainless Steel Work Surface
All SDC refrigerated cases include an 8” deep high quality 304 stainless steel rear work surface for cutting, chopping, and preparing foods. Over the glass you wil find another 10” deep 304 stainless steel surface that is perfect size to add a Prepline scale, a Marchia dry showcase, or simply for transacting with customers.
Employee Side Sliding Doors
Your employees can easily access all of your products via the sliding rear tempered glass doors. The rear glass doors are tempered for safety and include predrilled holes to make opening and closing easy. Durable glass means these doors can hold up to the touchiest environments.

Handsome European style display caseThis is a well built display. The curved glass lifts up and can stay up which makes it much easier for our staff to stock and clean it. There is a drain so we can hose it down and clean it very well. The shelf is removable, we don't use it but its there if you need it. The rear storage is refrigerated which was mandatory for us, and is the main reason we chose this design. Thank you.
