a modern take on a new york classic
My business is a modern take on a classic deli and this showcase fits nicely. It's all stainless steel so it has a classic new Lori deli kind of aesthetic, but its also compact with a. curved glass front that to my eye looks more modern than some other designs I've looked it. It works well with your concept. -

Gravity Coil
Unlike some other deli cases this has a real gravity coil meaning we can put fresh and unpackaged meats in the case without worrying about everything drying out. This one sits pretty low, the top is a good height for prep and we have a scale and bread display on top. Some may wish they made a higher one with more shelves but this model only comes counter height. -
