The front and rear sliding doors facilitate easy loading and unloading from both the front and back. This feature makes the deli case ideal for self-serve applications, allowing employees to load from one side while customers serve themselves from the other. Low profile casters (wheels) are standard in each unit and come preinstalled. The easy-to-use digital temperature controller maintains the display area at safe temperatures between 33F to 40F. Rear tempered sliding glass doors allow easy access to the display area. The removable glass shelf allows you to display even more sandwiches, salads, drinks, or prepared food, if desired.
