The LED lighting illuminates your products from the top, and each adjustable shelf has additional LEDs underneath. Low profile casters (wheels) are standard in each unit and come preinstalled. The digital temperature controller is user-accessible and operates between 32 F to 53.6 F. Rear tempered sliding glass doors allow easy access to the display area. The removable glass shelf allows you to display even more sandwiches, salads, drinks, or prepared food, if desired..
