Designed to accept full size roll-in racks for bun sheet pan (18"L x 26"D), this Blue Air reach-in proofer is a perfect equipment to storage food and ingredients for your restaurant, cafe or bakery. The proofer provides a temperature range between 56 F ~ 59 F which keeps hot foods at the perfect temperature to serve at any minute. Stainless steel interior and exterior and powerful refrigeration system make this a heavy-duty, durable commercial unit ready to withstand the most punishing commercial environments.
