The Asber Gas Restaurant Fryers are engineered for durability, efficiency, and ease of use in demanding kitchen environments. Built with all stainless‑steel construction, including the interior and exterior front and sides, these fryers ensure long‑term reliability, corrosion resistance, and simplified maintenance.
At the core of the design is a welded 16‑gauge stainless‑steel tank with an extra‑smooth peened finish that promotes easy cleaning, extended service life, and consistent performance in busy commercial operations.
