The Menumaster MCE14 Convection Express Oven combines a powerful convection oven with 1400 watts of microwave heating to bake and brown appetizers, sandwiches, desserts, and par-baked pizza up to four times faster than traditional cooking methods. It features 11 power levels, 100 programmable menu items, and four stage cooking options reduce food prep time and waste while increasing consistency.

The Menumaster MCE14 combination oven features a 1.2 cubic foot capacity, and a stainless steel exterior and interior that enables easy cleanup. The convenient EZCard Menu Management System allows you to update programming in seconds, increasing efficiency.
