Boasting 20 tiers, this rack offers plenty of room for all kinds of baked goods. Designed with a 3" space between each shelf, it allows air to circulate so food cools faster. This rack can easily hold 20 full-size (18" x 26") or 40 half-size (18"x 13") sheet pans, not included. In addition, its sturdy caster wheels let it glide easily even when it is filled to capacity. 2 of the 5 casters on this rack features brakes.
