The ¾-inch polished steel griddle plate provides a durable, smooth cooking surface, supported by 2-inch stainless steel legs for stability. An ergonomically designed heat-resistant PPS (Poly Phenylene Sulfide) On-Off knob and an adjustable standing pilot for each burner add to its user-friendly features. With a high-efficiency design, this griddle ensures faster cooking and recovery while using less gas, and it comes complete with a ¾-inch rear gas connection and a gas pressure regulator for seamless installation.
