The Standard Range commercial electric countertop thermostatic griddle is everything you need to streamline cooking operations in your Kitchen. It features thermostatic controls for faster heat recovery. The 3000/4000W (208/240V) elements provide even heat to the 1” thick polished steel griddle plate. Adjustable thermostatic controls provide easy and safe operations and precise temperature control. With a 150F to 450F adjustable temperature range, you have enough leeway to accommodate any recipe in your electric countertop griddle. Unit can be converted in the field by your electrical at installation from 3 Phase to Single Phase or Single Phase to 3 Phase. *This unit should be installed by a licensed electrician.
