This blender is the middle range of Skyfood's large capacity, low rpm commercial blenders. Skyfood's Skymsen table top food blenders are the perfect choice for medium to high capacity restaurants and commercial food operations. All models are built with a powerful 1/2 HP motor, four stainless steel blades run at 3500 rpm, making up to 21000 cuts per minute. Low rotations per minute are ideal when making salsa, sauces and other recipes. The stainless steel seamless container has four pressed internal ribs and a stainless steel base to provide a sturdy container and base for proper mixing and easy clean up. Includes on-off switch with pulse for precise operations
