HFL models are designed to operate in an environment where temperature and humidity do not exceed 80F and 65% relative humidity. Two levels adjustable up and down stainless steel shelves. Display your raw fish in our refrigerated fish display show cases with built in ice bin and drain. All stainless steel, made in the USA in lengths from 3ft to 10ft, these fish display cases feature the same external design as the straight glass Leader deli cases, but with modified internals to handle raw fish. The cases are built to order so details such as drain location and even compressor location can be customized as needed. Available as self contained or remote units .
The HFL Series refrigerated fish case is a rear access, straight glass, American made fish refrigerator with gravity coil refrigeration, which is ideal for fish and prepared foods that fan refrigeration can dry out. All Kitchenall sold units are made of stainless steel and include LED lighting and self contained compressors.
Each HFL stands 53" high and includes 2 shelves and the base level for displaying product. There is LED lighting at the top and under each shelf for top notch presentation.
The heavy duty stainless steel top measures 27" front to back, providing plenty room to work on top of, or to set equipment or even other displays. Features sliding rear glass doors and each unit has additional refrigerated storage, accessible through an additional rear door at the base of the unit. Options include heavy duty pre-installed casters.
