This commercial non-refrigerated display case is the perfect piece of equipment for bakeries or cafes that are looking to show off bagels, muffins, and other products at room temperature. Because the sliding doors are located on the rear side, only your staff will be able to handle the merchandise.

The Leader NCBK-D is a counter height non-refrigerated dry bakery display case featuring stainless steel and glass construction, including 4 sides glass plus a glass top for perfect viewing from any angle. The unit has standard LED lighting from the top and underneath each shelf for bright illumination.
The 2 shelves each hold full size sheet pans in either orientation with room to spare, and the base of the unit can also be used to show off your product. White wire bakery shelving comes standard, with glass shelves optional.
The top features an 8" stainless steel work surface at the back. Sliding rear glass doors with optional mirroring allow for easy access and cleaning. 5" optional pre-installed casters (wheels) are available.
The NCBK-D pastry cases are a functional and attractive addition to any bakery, pastry shop, diner, or cafe. If the dimensions aren't perfect, any of these units can be custom built to your specific dimensions at a reasonable cost.
