The Comstock-Castle FHP48-2RB-24B is an efficient and versatile char-broiler, griddle, and cheesemelter-broiler combination designed to handle the diverse needs of busy commercial kitchens. This 48" wide countertop unit features a 24" x 21" cooktop broiler area with sloped or flat cast iron grates and iron radiants for consistent heat distribution. Additionally, it includes a 24" x 21" x 3/4" thick polished griddle plate and an 18" x 18" pull-out cheesemelter rack with a stainless steel wire mesh radiant for overfired heating.
