For a good full size oven consider the American Range MSD series, with high BTU output and a 1 year warranty. We also have the Blodgett SHO-G, a similar oven with a lower BTU rating. To save a lot of money you can buy the oven with bone glass door and one solid door. The American range MSD-1-GL and Blodgett SHO-G both offer this configuration. For restaurants very short on space consider the Moffat G32D5, a full size convection oven in a small package.
