Featuring a heavy-duty cutting board and an acrylic glass top which additionally can hold up to 12 x 1/3 size pans while ensuring your cut food stays cool in the 1/4+ HP refrigeration system that keeps food at safe temperatures between 33 degrees F and 41 degrees F.
