This series is available with your choice of Cordierite or brick-lined with Cordierite. The brick-lined model offers the benefit of an added Cordierite ceiling, which increases temperatures and recovery times. They may be easily installed at the factory or in the field.

The two baking chambers also independently controlled, featuring a 284–680°F thermostat and 15-minute timer in the top chamber and a 140–550°F thermostat and 60-minute timer in the bottom chamber. This series comes standard with stainless steel exterior and 4" adjustable legs. International voltages available.
